一种混合式高动态范围自动增益控制电路

摘要

A hybrid high-dynamic-range Automatic Gain Control(AGC)circuit for receiver applications is proposed in this paper. The circuit consists of radio- frequency(RF)feedfor- ward part and intermediate-frequency(IF)feed-backward part. The former one is used for discrete-coarse control while the latter one is used for continuous-precise control. An AGC circuit is implemented by using RF swich,digital attenuator,power detector,Variable Gain Amplifier(VGA),DAC,ADC and FPGA, which displays a 110dB input dynamic range,-100dBm sensitivity with-19dBm output power.%本文基于接收机应用提出了一种混合式高动态范围自动增益电路.该电路由射频前馈与中频反馈两部分组成,分别负责增益的离散粗调与连续精调.以射频开关,数控衰减器,检波器,可变增益放大器,数模转换器,模数转换器与现场可编程门阵列为核心器件实现了一种输入动态范围110 dB,灵敏度-100 dBm,输出功率为-19 dBm的自动增益控制电路.
