一种分布式EIT系统主控板的嵌入式程序设计

     

摘要

本文设计实现了一种分布式生物电阻抗层析成像(Electrical Impedance Tomography,EIT)数据采集系统主控板的嵌入式控制软件.主要功能包括:产生激励信号、产生前端测量同步、与前端测量模块通信、与上位机通信.该软件能判断当前测量状态,实现多通道同步测量,具有很高的可靠性和灵活性.每个前端板通过主控板的广播信息获得系统当前工作的电极数目和单次测量点数等信息,进而修改测量配置参数,以与不同电极数目的EIT系统相匹配,便于进行不同应用领域的实验研究.%Embedded control software for the main control board is designed and realizedinEIT data acquisition system.Embedded program of main control moduleachieves four functionalities includinggenerating excitation signals,synchronizing front-end measurement,handshaking with the front-end measurement module and data communication.The control software can independently judge the current measurement state and achieve multi-channel synchronization.Each front-board obtains the information such as the number offunctioning electrodes and the number of single measurement points through the broadcasting information of the main control board.It can also modify its measurement configuration parameters to match the measurement setup of EIT data acquisition system with different electrode number in order to facilitate researches within EIT application fieldswith different accuracies.
