添加MnO2对ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-RnOm玻璃性能的影响

             

摘要

ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-RnOm (R=Na、 Al、 Li) glasses doped mole fractions (1%-5%) of MnO2 were prepared. Effects of doping MnO2 on the water resistance and fluxion property of glasses were studied by XRD analysis. The surface morphologies of glasses after being corroded in water for different time were observed by the photographs. Results show that when x(MnO2)=3%, the water resistance of the glasses increases greatly, dissolvable mass fraction is lower than 0.001 5%, because of highly dissolvable P =O nonbridging oxygen bonds link with Mn ions to generate P-O-Mn bonds that possesses good water resistance.%在ZnO-B<,2>O<,3>-P<,2>O<,5>-R<,n>O<,m>(R=Na、Al、Li)系玻璃中掺杂摩尔分数1%~5%的MnO<,2>,分析了MnO<,2>掺杂对玻璃的耐水性和流散性的影响,通过XRD分析了晶相的变化,通过摄像照片观察了玻璃试样受水侵蚀后表面形貌的变化.结果表明:当x(MnO<,2>)=3%时玻璃耐水性能的提高最为显著,溶解质量分数低于0.001 5%,这是由于易溶解的非桥氧P=O键与锰离子链接,生成具有良好耐水性的P-O-Mn键的缘故.
