铁氧体基片流延成型工艺的研究进展

摘要

介绍了铁氧体基片的研究现状及其流延成型工艺原理,重点分析了铁氧体粉体表面性质、浆料的稳定性以及不同流延体系的干燥机理,并对铁氧体基片流延成型的发展趋势进行了展望.%The research status and process principle of tape casting forming on ferrite substrate are introduced. Ferrite powder surface properties, stability of slurries and drying mechanism of different tape casting systems are also analyzed.And the prospect for the development trend of ferrite substrate in tape casting forming is pointed out.
