不同分散剂对玻璃粉分散性能的影响

         

摘要

研究了司班-85、三乙醇胺和大豆卵磷脂三种不同分散剂对玻璃粉分散性能的影响.通过黏度实验比较了三者对玻璃粉的降黏效果.发现在剪切速率68.1 s-1下,司班-85、三乙醇胺和大豆卵磷脂的最佳加入量分别为质量分数2.5%,1.0%和0.5%,此时分散后的玻璃粉由初始黏度2.23 Pa·s分别下降到了0.98,1.51和0.13 Pa·s;沉降实验表明,大豆卵磷脂稳定性最好,司班-85次之,而三乙醇胺最差;光学显微镜观察结果进一步表明大豆卵磷脂分散玻璃粉效果最佳.%The influence of three types of dispersants including Span-85, triethanolamine and soy lecithin on the dispersion property of glass powders was studied. The viscosity reducing effects of three types of dispersants on the glass powders were contrasted through the viscosity experiments. The results show that the optimum addition amount of three types of dispersants are 2.5%, 1.0% and 0.5%(mass fraction), respectively at the shear rate of 68.1 s-1. As the result of dispersion by three types of dispersants, the viscosities of glass powders decreased from initial 2.23 Pa S to 0.98, 1.51 and 0.13 Pa S, respectively. The sedimentation experiment of the glass powders show that the stability of soy lecithin is the best, Span-85 is the better and triethanolamine is the worst. Moreover, observation results of optical microscope show that the dispersion effect of soy lecithin is the best.
