温度稳定型Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12陶瓷的微波介电性能研究

     

摘要

Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The effects of the Co2+ substitution on the phase structures and microwave dielectric properties of Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12 ceramics were investigated. In addition, it was also explored to adjustτf values of the ceramics by adding TiO2. It was found that Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12 ceramics with different Co2+ substitution were pure lyonsite phases. The optimized sintering temperature of the ceramic decreased significantly, and the density andQ·f value of the ceramic increased firstly, and then decreased with increasing content of Co. The Li2(Zn0.9Co0.1)2Mo3O12ceramicexhibits microwave dielectric properties ofεr =10.85,Q·f=65031 GHz,τf= –73×10–6/℃. The addition of TiO2 could adjust theτf of Li2Zn2Mo3O12 ceramics to the positive direction effectively. The 0.4Li2(Zn0.9Co0.1)2Mo3O12-0.6TiO2 ceramic exhibits good microwave dielectric properties ofεr =15.80,Q·f=22991 GHz,τf= –4.5×10–6/℃.%采用固相反应法制备了Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12陶瓷,研究了Co2+取代对其相结构和微波介电性能的影响,并通过添加TiO2调节了该陶瓷的τf值.结果表明:不同Co2+取代的Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12陶瓷均显示出单相钒铁铜矿结构.随着Co2+取代量的增加,陶瓷的致密化温度显著降低,相对密度和Q·f值均呈现先增大后减小的趋势.当x=0.1时,陶瓷具有相对较好的微波介电性能:εr=10.85,Q·f=65031 GHz,τf=–73×10–6/℃.添加TiO2能够有效调节Li2Zn2Mo3O12陶瓷的τf值向正值方向移动,0.4Li2(Zn0.9Co0.1)2Mo3O12-0.6TiO2陶瓷的介电性能较佳:εr=15.80,Q·f=22991 GHz,τf=–4.5×10–6/℃.
