添加BCB对固相合成CBS材料的微观结构及介电性能的影响

         

摘要

The CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS) glass-ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction technique. The effects of BaCu(B2O5)(BCB) additives on the microstructure and dielectric properties of CBS glass-ceramics were studied systematically through XRD, SEM and electrical propeties characterization. The results show that the main phase of BCB doped CBS is not changed. Because of the liquid phase sintering mechanism, the sintering temperature of CBS is reduced from 960 ℃ to 875 ℃, and the density is increased. However, the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss are increased slightly. CBS material without BCB additives sintered at 960 ℃ possesses good dielectric properties with the relative permittivity of 6.17 and the dielectric loss of 0.0012(14 GHz). When the sintering temperature is 875 ℃, CBS material with the addition of 4%-6% (mass fraction) BCB shows excellent dielectric properties, the relative permittivity is 6.36-6.39 and the dielectric loss is 0.0014-0.0015(14 GHz).%采用传统固相合成法制备CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS)系玻璃陶瓷材料.借助XRD、SEM和电性能测试手段,系统研究了添加BaCu(B2O5)(BCB)对CBS材料微观结构与介电性能的影响.结果表明,添加BCB未改变CBS主晶相,其液相润湿作用加速CaSiO3的扩散,将CBS的烧结温度从960℃降低至875℃,同时其致密性得到提高,介电常数与介电损耗略微增加.纯CBS经960℃致密烧结时,相对介电常数εr为6.17,介电损耗tanδ为0.0012(14 GHz),而添加4%~6%(质量分数)BCB的CBS材料,在烧结温度为875℃时,致密性优异,εr为6.36~6.39,tanδ为0.0014~0.0015(14 GHz).
