The microwave dielectric properties and crystal structure of the 0.97La2(1-x )/3 Sm2 x/3 TiO3-0.03NiTiO3 ceramics were investigated as a function of the amount of samarium ions substitutions (0. 05≤x≤0. 2) . The experimental results show that the do-ping of samarium ions reduces the frequency temperature coefficientτf effectively with the increasing of samarium ions doping content, which is decreased from 115×10-6℃-1 to 15×10-6℃-1. The addition of samarium ions also decreases the sintering temperature from 1390 ℃ to 1300℃. Nevertheless, with the increasing of samarium ions doping content, the second phase is formatted and it leads to the decrease of ceramic's density and the relative permittivity. When the samarium ions substitution amount (x) is 0. 1, the sintering temperature is 1360 ℃. The optimum microwave dielectric properties are obtained withεr of 55. 2, Q·f of 9399 GHz, andτf of 89 ×10-6℃-1 .%研究了0.97 La2(1-x)/3 Sm2x/3 TiO3-0.03NiTiO3陶瓷的微波介电性能和晶体结构,其中钐离子的掺杂量范围为:0.05≤x≤0.2.实验结果表明,随钐离子掺杂量的增加,陶瓷的谐振频率温度系数τf可以得到有效降低,从115×10-6℃-1降低到15×10-6℃-1.陶瓷烧结温度也随钐离子掺杂量的增加而明显下降,从1390℃减少到1300℃.但由于第二相形成,陶瓷的体积密度和相对介电常数随着钐离子掺杂量的增加而降低.当钐离子掺杂量x=0.1,烧结温度为1360℃时,陶瓷体系得到了较好的性能:εr=55.2,Q·f=9399 GHz,τf=89×10-6℃-1.
