烧结密封电连接器用耐高温玻璃釉的应用研究

摘要

In this paper , the performance requirement , configuration status and applied method of marked high-heated glass glaze for frit dealing electric connector are viewed systematically .It expounds the notifications in each step of high -temperature resistant glass glaze application , furthermore, through the performance testing by end users , functional experiments and the checking of trial -production , all the quotas of high -heated glass glaze met the high applied requirements of high -temperature resistance and air -sealed electric connector .%本文对用于烧结密封电连接器中作标记的高温玻璃釉的性能要求、配制和应用工艺进行了系统的研究，阐述了耐高温玻璃釉在各环节的注意事项，经使用方多次性能检测、工艺性能试验及试生产试验考核，耐高温玻璃釉的各项性能指标均达到耐高温气密封电连接器的使用要求。
