连接器用航空导线的激光剥线技术应用

摘要

It's so thin of electric-cable that the advanced stripping method---laser technology is used , but there is no breakthrough for stripping efficiency .With the theory of laser stripping machine and automatic cutting machine , we make this two machines joint operation by changing the program of automatic cutting machine , as the signal for laser stripping machine and modifying the laser stripping structure .As a result, this action reduces the work procedure from two to one , and improves the quality and increases the efficiency and keeps ahead in the laser stripping field .%连接器用航空导线较细，行业内采用较先进的激光剥线技术进行剥线，但效率上一直没有突破。根据激光剥线机和电脑裁线机的工作原理，通过改变电脑裁线机的程序，为激光剥线机提供信号输出，以及改造激光剥线机的结构用以实现激光头的伸缩，将两台机器联动作业，实现自动裁线和自动剥头，将原有的裁线工序和剥头工序合二为一，整体上提高了产品质量和生产效率，在激光高效率剥线技术上处于行业领先地位。
