电连接器冠簧接触件结构分析及其接触可靠性

摘要

接触可靠性是电连接器的一项关键指标，为了提高电连接器的接触可靠性，针对电连接器冠簧接触件，进行结构力学分析与接触电阻、单脚分离力的计算。接触电阻和插拔力是影响接触可靠性的重要因素，通过测试插拔过程中的接触电阻、插入力和分离力随插拔次数的变化情况来分析冠簧接触件的接触件可靠性。%Contact reliability is a key performance of electrical connectors .In order to improve contact reliabil-ity of electrical connectors ,the paper researches on the structural mechanics analysis ,contact resistance ,separation force of single crown contact .Contact resistance and insertion and withdrawal force play a very important role in the contact reliability of electrical connectors .Testing the change of contact resistance and insertion and withdrawal force during insertion and withdrawal process can be used to analyze the contact reliability of crown contact .
