桁架-索网抛物柱面可展开天线结构设计与分析

     

摘要

The existing parabolic cylindrical antenna has the defects of single structure and poor deploying performance.Therefore, a truss-cable net parabolic cylindrical deployable antenna is presented, and its deployment mechanism and cable net form are designed in detail, a test prototype is developed.On the one hand, the truss, which is the main load-bearing component and deployable mechanism of the antenna, is formed by a series of folding parallelogram units, driven by the system of torsion spring-soft cable.On the other hand, the reflective surface is designed as a mesh parabolic cylinder structure, the cambered cable is approximated by many straight cable segments of equal length, and the mathematical relationship between allowable error, cable length and number of cable segments is established, the design of the cable segments is completed;the force equilibrium analysis of the nodes is performed to find the prestress of the cable segment, and the result is between 4~35 N.Finally, the truss structure is processed and assembled, the cable net is weaved using cutting machine, and a prototype of size 2 054 mm×1 040 mm×475 mm is completed.%现有抛物柱面天线存在结构单一、展开性能差的缺陷, 因此文中提出一种桁架-索网抛物柱面可展开天线, 并对其展开机构、索网形态进行详细设计, 研制试验原理样机.一方面, 桁架作为天线的主要承力构件和展开机构, 由平行四边形折展单元串联而成, 采用扭簧-柔索实施展开驱动.另一方面, 将天线反射面设计为网状抛物柱面结构, 通过多段等长直线索段对弧形索进行逼近, 建立允许误差、索段长度、索段数目间的数学关系, 完成索网分段设计;对节点进行受力平衡分析求解预张力, 得到各索段预张力介于4 N~35 N间.最后, 加工组装桁架结构, 借助裁索机编织索网, 完成尺寸为2 054 mm×1 040 mm×475 mm的原理样机的研制.
