介绍了一种用于机动式系留气球系统的折叠式系留塔的设计方案。描述了该系留塔的结构形式、材料、工艺选择、"三防"设计手段等。通过有限元分析的方法对塔架结构进行了刚度和强度分析,计算结果完全满足使用要求。此外,文中还详细介绍了采用螺旋传动的电动举升机构的设计方案,推导并计算出了举升过程所需的最小载荷和功率,为举升机构的工程实施提供了重要依据。%In this paper,a design scheme of mooring tower for mobile tethered balloon is discussed.The scheme includes structure form,material,technics options,"three proof" design instrument,etc.Through setting up structure model of mooring tower using finite element method,the stiffness and intensity are analyzed.The result shows that this scheme meets using requirements completely.Besides,the design scheme of electromotor lifting mechanism with helix drive manner is discussed.As an important reference for engineering realization of lifting mechanism,the minimal load and power required in lifting process are calculated.
