小型机载雷达天线座电缆阻力矩测试分析

         

摘要

The cable resistance moment of the airborne radar minitype pedestal has a great effect on the servo performance.For quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the cable resistance moment,the cable resistance moment of an airborne radar minitype pedestal is tested and analyzed in this paper.According to the basic measurement principle of the resistance moment,the resistance moment of the pedestal at normal temperature is tested.The resistance moment at low temperature is also tested by method of equivalent current.On this basis,research on effect degree of the low temperature and the cable routing on the cable resistance moment is carried out.The research result can instruct the design of the similar product.%小型机载雷达天线座的电缆阻力矩对伺服性能有较大的影响。为了定量分析影响电缆阻力矩的因素,文中针对某小型机载雷达天线座进行电缆阻力矩测试分析。根据阻力矩的基本测量原理,对常温条件下的天线座进行阻力矩测试,并用电流等效的方法测试低温条件下的阻力矩,研究电缆阻力矩受低温及电缆走线方式影响的程度。研究结果对类似产品的设计具有指导意义。
