The cooling methods of a sealed power supply with high power density are analyzed in this paper.The rectangular fins are designed to enhance the cooling performance.The thermal field of the power supply model is simulated by the CFD software Flotherm.The extracted variables such as height,thickness and quantities of rectangular fins are input into the simulation model as optimization design parameters.The optimized parameters with proper cooling area are obtained from the simulation results.Practice shows that the optimized structure can effectively improve the cooling performance of the power supply.%分析了某高功率密度密闭电源的散热途径,提出利用矩形肋片的壳体扩展表面结构来加强散热的设计方法。应用热计算分析软件Flotherm,建立了该电源的热仿真模型,将提取的对扩展表面积作用明显的肋片高度、厚度和数量作为热优化设计的输入变量,展开了热优化计算。实践表明,优化后的电源结构能很好地满足散热要求。
