机载显控台抗振动仿真设计

             

摘要

机载显控台与载机安装方式有刚性安装和隔振安装2种方式,文中针对这2种安装方式进行了抗振动仿真设计,目的是为了寻求一种正确的计算方法,并利用该方法在方案阶段对机载显控台隔振系统参数进行正确的设置。抗振动仿真设计应用的计算方法是基于ANSYS软件的动力学仿真技术,模拟施加机载振动作用载荷,计算出结构响应,并与试验结果进行对比。计算结果表明,该分析方法准确可信,能够对机载显控台抗振动设计起到理论指导作用。%Rigid installation and elastic installation are two modes in which the airborne display and control console is mounted in an airplane.Anti-vibration simulation analysis is carried out in two installation modes to find a correct calculation method so that the vibration isolation system parameters can be set correctly at the scheme design stage with this method.The anti-vibration simulation is dynamic simulation by ANSYS software.Structure response of the display and control console is calculated by loading simulated vibration.Then the response is compared with test results.The analysis result shows this method is correct and reliable,which can instruct the anti-vibration design of an airborne display and control console.
