现代军事设备中,电子设备在各种恶劣环境条件下工作,越来越多的电子设备需要密封放置,而对密封电子设备散热成为冷却技术的难点。目前,大部分密封机箱的散热方法是,将热量通过金属传导至机箱外壁,再通过外部冷却装置带走热量。文中介绍的密封机箱内部电子设备散热方法,在吸取传统密封机箱散热方式优点的基础上,增加了其他散热方式。%Modern military electronic equipments are used in a variety of severe environmental conditions,and more and more electronic equipments are placed in sealed space.Heat dissipation of those equipments placed in sealed environment becomes the difficulty of current cooling technology.At present,the majority of heat dissipation methods is to conduct heat through metal to the outer wall of sealed case,and then remove the heat through external cooling devices.The advantages of traditional cooling method and other heat dissipation methods are combined in this paper.
