含电动汽车充放电站的直流配电网规划研究

     

摘要

The development of distributed generation,DC load and electric vehicle industry that has brought great challenges to the AC power distribution network,and the advantages of DC power distribution network are becoming more and more obvious.In this paper,firstly,the model of electric vehicle charging and discharging station was described and analyzed.Secondly,we established DC power distribution network planning model including electric vehicle charging and discharging station,considering the cost of line extension,distributed power generation cost,electric vehicle charging and discharging station cost through using the adaptive genetic algorithm with a hybrid coding method.The calculation and analysis of different cases verify the superiority and rationality of the planning model.%分布式电源、直流负荷的大量增加以及电动汽车产业的快速发展,使得交流配电网未来发展面临巨大阻力,直流配电网优势日益凸显.文中介绍了考虑交通流量的电动汽车充放电站的模型,以线路扩展费用、分布式电源发电费用、电动汽车充放电站成本费用最小值为目标,建立了含电动汽车充放电站的直流配电网规划模型,采用混合编码方法,利用自适应遗传算法求解.通过不同情形下的算例计算分析,验证了文中规划模型的优越性及合理性.
