在介绍GIS局部放电检测原理的基础上,分析了超声波法在新安装GIS交接试验及故障处理中现场实际应用。提出根据GIS结构形式来确定局部放电测试时的试验电压和时间,延长交流耐压时间,加强局部放电测试密度,以弥补交流耐压试验的不足;以悬浮屏蔽类缺陷为例,根据超声波局放信号特征进行放电源定位、数据分析及故障类型判断分析,通过对GIS故障设备解体检查验证故障诊断的正确性。现场经验为GIS设备超声检测技术的推广和缺陷诊断提供了一定借鉴作用。%Based on the introduction of detection principle, this paper analyzed the application in the field of the ultrasonic testing in the transfer of new installation and troubleshooting for, GIS. The proposed to determine the PD test voltage and time based on the GIS structure, extended the time of the system AC voltage withstand test, and strengthened the density of PD test can make up for the lack of AC voltage test. Illustrated by the case of suspended, the discharge source location, data analysis and fault type decision were analyzed based on the characteristics of ultrasonic PD signal. The practical experience provided a reference in the promotion of ultrasonic testing and defect diagnosis for GIS.
