影响遥测估计合格率的因素分析

With the development of the substation integrative automation system, accuracy and conformity rate of four remote information requirements become more important. Stateestimation provides the reference to adjust the way andthe system load flow calculation, and it is very important for improving and optimizing thetelemetry estimating qualified rateas an important indicator of condition assessment. This paper analysis the influence factors of telemetry real-time and accuracyfrom objective and human, then it put forward the rectification measures from the practical point of view at the same time and provide a reference of the actual operation of power grid.%随着变电站综合自动化系统的发展，对四遥信息的准确率和合格率要求越来越高。状态估计为系统潮流计算和方式调整提供参考依据，而遥测估计合格率作为衡量状态估计的重要指标，对其的提高和优化显得尤为重要。本文分别从客观因素和人为因素的角度，对影响遥测准确性和实时性的因素进行分析，同时从实用的角度出发针对主要因素提出整改措施，为电网的实际运行提供一个参考。
