主动配电网规划关键问题研究

摘要

As more and more distributed generation access to distribution network, the active distribution network has become the future development trend of the distribution network. This paper introduces the difference of planning between the active distribution network and the traditional distribution network, and proposes the basic process of the planning in active distribution network; Through the introduction of the deficiency of the planning in traditional distribution network, and then discusses the key elements of the planning in active distribution network, including planning objectives, active management measures, power prediction, comprehensive assessment of planning scheme.%随着大规模分布式电源接入配电网，主动配电网已成为未来配电网的发展趋势。本文分析了主动配电网与传统配电网规划的区别，在此基础上提出主动配电网规划的基本流程；通过分析传统配电网规划的不足之处，进而论证了适用于主动配电网规划的关键要素，包括规划目标、主动管理措施、负荷预测与发电预测、规划方案综合评估。并对未来主动配电网规划研究方向进行了展望。
