旋转式压缩机性能的影响因素及改善分析

摘要

影响压缩机性能的因素很多，本文重点分析了指示效率中泄漏损失、吸排气阻力损失、传热损失以及余隙容积损失等对旋转式压缩机性能的影响，同时提出相应的改善措施，提高压缩机能效水平。%There are many factors that influence the performance of rolling rotor compressor. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of the issues including leakage loss, suction and discharge gas pressure loss, heat transfer loss, and surplus cubage loss, etc. in the indicated efficiency to the performance of rolling rotor compressor. In the end, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in order to improve the efficiency of rolling rotor compressor.
