根据某车载雷达天线座制动支座和驱动支座的使用情况,分析和比较焊接、铸造的两种结构的特点,决定采用焊接结构,同时采用特殊的焊接结构形式,通过有限元分析软件分析支座的变形和应力,得出支座的最大变形为0.464mm,都在设计要求的刚度和变形范围之内,满足系统对支座的刚度需求.%According to the service condition of radar antenna pedestal and drive support, analysis and comparison of two structure characteristics for welding,casting,decided to adopt the welding structure,while the use of special welding structure,using finite element analysis software, analysed deformation and stress of pedestal, drew support maximum deformation is 0.464 mm, all in the design requirements of the rigidity and deformation range, meet the support stiffness requirements.
