Microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZGMn13 welding joints were tested which were made by the laser-arc hybrid welding and SMAW.The results shows that:Laser-arc hybrid welding can improve the productivity greatly.Both the weld joints got excellent properties.Precipitation of saturated carbides were found in the heated affected zone of both methods.The weld joint of laserarc hybrid welding shows more excellent toughness properties as the less precipitation content and smaller grain size.%针对铁路撤叉用高锰钢ZGMn13,采用焊条电弧焊和激光-电弧复合焊进行焊接,并对比分析不同焊接方法下的焊接接头组织和性能.结果表明:激光-电弧复合焊能够明显提升焊接效率;采用焊条电弧焊和激光-电弧复合焊均能够获得综合性能优异的焊接接头;在两种焊接方法下,焊接热影响区均有过饱和碳化物析出,相比焊条电弧焊,激光-电弧复合焊焊接接头显微组织析出物较少,晶粒较小,表现出更为优异的韧性储备.
