新型锂电池组混合均衡电路的设计

         

摘要

According to the inconsistency problem in charging and discharging process of series connected lithium-ion battery pack, a lithium battery equalization scheme based on energy transferring is designed. By moving the excess energy to the low power battery, the goal of equalization is achieved. The system uses a two-stage hybrid equalization method. The first stage is the new pattern inductance equalization circuit,and the second is independent transformer parallel equalization circuit. The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of short equalization time, high efficiency and so on, and can effectively solve the problem of unbalancing in charging and discharging process.%针对锂电池充放电过程中的不一致性,设计了一种基于能量转移的锂电池均衡方案,通过将多余的能量传递到低电量的电池中实现均衡.系统采用的是2级混合均衡方法,第一级采用的是新型电感均衡电路,第二级采用的是独立变压器并联均衡电路.实验结果表明,该方法具有均衡时间短、效率高等优点,有效解决锂电池充放电不均衡性问题.
