单相-三相矩阵变换器驱动PMSM的弱磁控制

     

摘要

针对单相-三相矩阵变换器驱动永磁同步电机出现的响应振荡问题,结合弱磁控制原理与矢量控制原理,提出一种给定电流变化轨迹的控制方法.根据电源电压采样信号与电机运行实时参数确定电机允许工作区域.在允许工作区域内,依据弱磁原理,确定给定电流指令.根据矢量控制原理,将给定电流指令转换为给定电压指令,驱动电机.搭建单相-三相矩阵变换器驱动永磁同步电机的弱磁控制模型,将仿真结果与无弱磁控制的双闭环(PI调节器)永磁同步电机矢量控制模型进行比较.结果显示:采用弱磁控制永磁同步电机缩短了转速上升时间、减小了稳态时的转速振荡和电流振荡,电机运行性能得到改善.%To solve response oscillations of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driven by a single-phase to three-phase matrix converter, a control method of given current trajectory was introduced based on flux weakening control principle and vector control principle. According to the sampling signals of source voltage and the real-time parameters of motor, the allowable work area was determined. Within obtained work area, given current instructions were obtained based on flux weakening principle. According to vector control principle, obtained current instructions were converted voltage instructions which were used to drive motor. A flux weakening control model of PMSM driven by single-phase to three-phase matrix convener was built. Compared with the results of double close-loop ( PI regulator) PMSM vector control model without flux weakening control, it' s obvious that the motor obtains a better performance by applying the flux weakening control from the perspective of shorter ascent time and decreasing of speed and current ripples in the steady state.
