动磁式直线振荡电机性能模拟及实验

         

摘要

To research the performance characteristics of the moving-magnet linear oscillation motor ( MLOM), the simulation model was built up with the software of Ansoft Maxwell 2D Transient. The simulation got the magnetic coefficient of the motor prototype and the curves of electricity current and mover postion changed with time. The measurements for the MLOM magnetic coefficient and efficiency were presented. The result of magnetic coefficient measured is coincidental with that calculated by Ansoft and the error is about 1.5%. The highest effciency of the motor prototype is 85. 9% . The results of efficiency measurement show that as the sum of the load equivalent stiffness coefficient and the spring stiffness coefficient matches with the inertia force of the MLOM, the MLOM is on the status of resonance, and the MLOM efficiency is the highest.%为了研究动磁式直线振荡电机的性能特性,采用Ansoft电磁场有限元二维瞬态场分析软件建立了动磁式直线振荡电机模型,得到了样机模型的电磁力系数和谐振工况时电流与位移的关系曲线.提出了动磁式直线振荡电机的电磁力系数和电机效率的测试方法,并对开发的样机进行了电磁力系数和在不同负载下的效率测试.电磁力系数的有限元模拟结果与测试结果相比,误差率在1.5%左右.电机样机测得的最高效率为85.9%,效率测试结果表明:当外部负载产生的等效刚度与电机自身的谐振弹簧刚度之和与电机运动的惯性力相匹配时,电机处于谐振状态,此时电机效率最高.
