To solve the issue that the special electric motors single phase power supplied for the dry scroll vacuum pump burn up by the high temperature rise,this paper analyzes the temperature field of the motor with electron phase shifted operation mode through simulation calculation and experiment.It took the 2 L/s pumping speed dry scroll vacuum pump motor for instance.It established simulation model of the temperature field calculation using the finite element method,set up the heat excitation and thermal boundary conditions,and achieved temperature field distribution characteristics of various components inside the new motor.It carried out temperature rise experiment of dry scroll vacuum pump with single-phase power supply special motor,and obtained the key components′ time-variation characteristic curve from cold start to stable temperature rise.The result of the analysis and experiment shows that the temperature distribution of the new developed motor is reasonable;the highest temperature point in the motor is still in the safety margin,which can provide the scientific basis for new production.%针对单相电源供电干式涡旋真空泵用特种电机温升过高经常烧毁的问题,对采用电子移相方式运行的新研发电机的温度场进行仿真计算和实验分析.以抽速为2 L/s的干式涡旋真空泵电机为例,利用有限元分析法建立其温度场计算的仿真模型,设置热源激励和散热边界条件,获得了新研发电机内部各个部件温度场分布特征;对研发的单相电源供电干式涡旋真空泵用特种电机进行温升实验,获得了从冷态起动到温升稳定过程中关键部件温度随时间变化特性曲线.温度场分析和实验结果表明,所研发电机温度分布合理,电机内最高温度点的温升尚有安全裕度,为新产品批量生产提供了科学依据.
