电动汽车用永磁同步电机驱动系统的高性能控制

         

摘要

针对电动汽车用永磁同步电机驱动系统的特点,以内置式永磁同步电机为控制对象,设计了以TC1797为主控芯片的硬件驱动系统。软件控制中采用最大转矩电流控制结合电压负反馈闭环的弱磁控制的方式,使得整个驱动系统起动转矩大、调速范围宽、功率密度和效率高。搭建电动汽车用永磁同步电机驱动系统进行测试验证。试验结果表明该驱动系统弱磁扩速倍数可达3.5;系统的峰值效率达到95%,系统效率>85%的区域超过80%,验证了该控制技术的高效性和可行性。%Due to the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system used in electric car, with the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor as the control object, designed the hardware drive system which was used the TC1797 as main control chip, used maximum torque per ampere control and field weakening as soft control strategy, then made the whole driving system have big startup torque, wide speed range, high power density and efficiency. Finally set up the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system which was used in electric car for test validation. The test results showed that the drive system of field weakening expansion speed ratio could reach 3. 5, system peak efficiency could reached 95% , the area which the system efficiency was more than 85% can reach more than 80% , this proved the efficiency and feasibility of the control technology.
