500kV GIS隔离开关放电故障原因分析

         

摘要

In this paper, a 500 kV GIS isolation switch discharge failure occurred in a substation, the field inspection and disassembly inspection were comprehensively analyzed, and the reason for the failure was that the GIS was not completely cleaned when it was assembled in the factory.The presence of metal foreign body inside the gas chamber causes the electric field distortion to cause the discharge failure.In view of this failure, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the control of the cleanliness of GIS factory assembly and site installation.%针对某变电站发生的一起500kV GIS隔离开关放电故障, 对现场检查和解体检查情况进行综合分析, 找出故障原因为GIS在厂内装配时罐体清理不彻底, 金属异物残存在气室内部导致电场畸变引发放电故障.针对此次故障, 提出加强GIS厂内装配、现场安装清洁度控制的相关建议.
