电梯双电源供电装置PLC控制系统设计

摘要

A new method of designing of the elevator double power supply device control system was presented based on S7 - 300 PLC integrating many special functions such as back-up battery, main power 3-phase monitor, fault audio player, wireless rescuing and fault-locked. The structure and function of double power supply device were discussed. The principle of back-up battery module, fault phonic-player, wireless rescuing and fault-locked module was illustrated. Thus the whole hardware and software of S7 - 300 PLC control system were discussed. Its application improves the stability of elevator and shorting the wait time of failure recovery.%提出了一种以S7 - 300 PLC为主的集成了后备电池供电、主回路检测、语音故障提示、无线救援和故障联锁控制等特殊功能的电梯专用双电源供电装置控制系统设计方法.分析了电梯双电源供电装置的结构组成和功能设计,着重阐述了后备供电单元、语音故障播放器、无线救援器和故障联锁控制的工作原理,深入分析了S7 - 300 PLC控制系统的硬件和软件设计方法.该系统的应用提高了电梯安全运行的稳定性和故障响应的实时性.
