走向共生的民族文化发展与教育选择

摘要

The transition and development of ethnic culture is an eternal and inevitable process, and the symbiosis characteristics of the subject of culture and culture itself have determined the tendency of the value and connotation on ethnic culture development. To carry forward the inheritance and development of ethnic culture is the basic task and function of education, therefore, education should be coordinated with the conflicts between minority culture and mainstream culture, and the problems of the differences between national identity which are composited ethnic identity with cultural implication. Education should also absorb the nutrition of ethnic culture, deepen the reform of schooling, and achieve the symbiosis objective of ethnic culture development and ethnic integration.%民族文化变迁和发展是一个永恒必然的过程，文化主体和文化自身所具有的共生特质决定了民族文化发展的价值和内涵趋向。民族文化传承与发展是教育的基本任务和功能，教育应当调谐主流文化与少数文化的冲突，文化隐含的民族认同与国家认同差异间的叠合问题，萃取民族文化营养，深化学校教育’变革，实现民族文化发展乃至民族统合的共生目标。
