我国普通高中教育投入相对滞后，教育经费投入相对不足，政府投入责任缺失。强化普通高中教育经费政府投入责任，是实现我国普通高中教育优质均衡发展的重要途径。保障普通高中经费政府投入，应从加快普通高中经费投入立法，明确政府在普通高中经费投入中的主体地位，建立符合我国国情的各级政府分担机制、普通高中贫困学生资助制度以及健全普通高中经费投入考核体系等方面入手。%Currently, there are some problems in the investment of ordinary senior high schools' education in China such as educational input is relatively backward, the amount of educational input is relatively insufficient, the responsibility of government input is deficiency. To realize the high-quality and balanced development of ordinary senior high school education, is an important method to strengthen the government responsibility to promote educational expenditure in ordinary senior high schools. In order to ensure the government input in ordinary senior high schools and strengthen the Status and government responsibility, we should take measures as follows: speeding up the legislation of ordinary senior high schools' educational expenditure, making clear the dominant status of government input in senior high schools' expenditure, constructing the mechanism of contributing fund by governments at all levels and needy student subsidy system according to the national conditions, and perfecting the assessment system of ordinary senior high schools' educational expenditure investment.
