论劳动力迁移与人口较少民族人力资源开发

摘要

Human resources development to improve the backwardness of the less populated national economic and social development plays a decisive role. From the perspective of labor migration, the articles explore the importance of labor migration to less populated nation of human re-sources development, analysis of labor migration decision-making factors and human resources to enhance the effect.%　　人力资源开发对改善人口较少民族经济社会发展落后面貌具有举足轻重的作用。文章从劳动力迁移的视角探讨劳动力迁移对人口较少民族人力资源开发的重要意义，分析劳动力迁移决策的影响因素及对人力资源增进的效应。
