美国两级政府高等教育经费投入演变分析

摘要

在美国高等教育大扩张过程中，其两级政府高等教育经费的投入呈现一定的特征。本文选取20世纪50-80年代美国高等教育大扩张时期作为分析的时间跨度，分析美国两级政府高等教育经费投入的演变规律，以期对当前我国高等教育大众化阶段各级政府完善高等教育财政投入制度有所启示。%　　During the process of the great expansion of the American higher education, the two levels of government funding for higher educa-tion takes on a certain feature. This paper selects the period of the American higher education expansion between 1950s and 1980s as the time span of analysis, analyzes the regularity of the evolution of American two levels of government funding for higher education, hoping to cast some light on the present higher education funding systems of all levels of government in our country, which now is in the stage of popularization of higher educa-tion.
