国际化与世界一流大学的建设——以学科建设为视角看北京大学国际化进程

摘要

本文从大学的学科建设需要出发，对北大国际合作与交流进行总结，在回顾通过国际化推动北大学科建设的同时，提出学科国际化建设中出现的不足，主要体现在交流程度不够深、教师公派留学比例下降、交流学科分布不平衡、国家公派留学收益不够高等。针对这些不足对未来工作提出新的要求和方向，以期对我国建设世界一流大学提供科学建议和有益启发。%　　Proceeding from the need of discipline construction, the author summarized the process of international cooperation and exchanges of Peking University and its positive effects it brought on the discipline construction of Peking University. The paper also pointed out some short-ages, such as the exchanges was not deep enough, the distribution of the exchanged disciplines was unbalanced, the efficiency and level of govern-ment funded overseas study was yet to be improved. According to these disadvantages, the author provided some scientific and beneficial advice to build world-class university.
