职业教育对中部地区城镇化的影响：基于城镇化质量角度的经验分析

Based on the city dynamic panel data from 1992 to 2012, using the System GMM to empirical analysis the impact of vocational education on urbanization quality in the central region, this paper finds that the vocational education is beneficial to the improvement of the urbanization quality in central region. Thereinto, secondary and higher vocational education but non elementary vocational education plays a positive effect, promoting effect of secondary vocational education on the urbanization quality is the largest before 2001, while promoting effect of the higher vocational education on the urbanization quality is the largest after 2001. Vocational education is beneficial to the improvement of the urbanization quality in provincial capital cities and prefecture level city, but it does not show similar effects in the county-level cities. The promoting effect of vocational education on the urbanization quality is the largest in provincial capital cities before 2001, while vocational education has played a major effect in prefecture level cities after 2001. Before 2001, relative to prefecture level cities, promoting effect of secondary vocational education on the urbanization quality is the more significant in provincial capital cities; after 2001, promoting effect of higher vocational education on urbanization quality is the most significant. In the sample period, the elementary vocational education does not significantly improve the urbanization quality in provincial capital cities, prefecture level cities and county-level cities.%文章利用SYS-GMM法，基于1992-2012年城市动态面板数据，就职业教育对中部地区城镇化质量的影响进行实证研究，发现职业教育促进了中部地区城镇化质量的提高。其中，是中等和高等职业教育，而非初等职业教育发挥了积极影响，且2001年前中等职业教育的促进作用最大，但到2001年后则是高等职业教育的促进作用最大。分城市看，职业教育有助于提高省会城市和地级市的城镇化质量，但在县级市却未表现出现类似影响。其中，职业教育在2001年前对省会城市城镇化质量的促进作用最大，2001年后则是在地级城市中发挥较重要的影响。相对于地级城市，省会城市的中等职业教育在2001年前对城镇化质量的促进作用更显著，而在2001年后高等职业教育则表现得最显著。样本期内，省会城市、地级市和县级市的初等职业教育均未在提高城镇化质量方面有明显影响。
