夏丏尊语文教育形式美学研究中的基本概念

     

摘要

夏丏尊语文教育形式美学的形成与发展,深化与成熟,既受惠于中西形式美学思想的滋养,也得力于民国时期语文教育问题的激荡,教育同道者的彼此启悟与颉颃,还有他本人对语文教育理想境界的不懈憧憬与追求。可是,伴随而来的漠视与冷落,误解与质疑也从未间断过。个中原因很多,但最根本的还是体现在对相关概念,如形式与形式主义,形式与语文教育形式,形式论与形式美学等的浅读、误读上。因此,认真辨析这些概念的内涵,弄清它们之间的关系,对准确、深入地理解夏丏尊语文教育形式美学的意义和价值,重塑其在现代语文教育史上的经典地位,便显得十分迫切。%The formation and development of Xia Mianzun's formal aesthetics in Chinese education owe much to the nourishment from Chinese and Western formal aesthetics, the excitation of problems during the period of the Republic of China, the theoretical arguments of like-minded educational scholars, and the continued pursuit of the ideal state of Chinese education. The indifference and neglect, misunderstanding and suspicion, however, have never stopped. Among many causes for this, the most fundamental is the misreading of the concepts such as form, theory on form, formal aesthetics and formalism. So it is necessary to understand the connotation of these concepts. In doing so, we can deeply understand the meaning and values of the formal aesthetics of Xia Mianzun's Chinese education, and to reshape his important status in the history of modern Chinese education.
