政治认同、心理契约与成功智力的相关性研究--基于知识型人才的数据检验

摘要

知识型人才是一类特殊的群体，政治认同对知识型人才成功智力的成长存在着驱动作用。文章基于我国知识型人才的样本数据，借助于结构方程模型，揭示了政治认同、心理契约优化和成功智力的内在关系，发现了政治认同对心理契约及心理智力的促进路径，从而为知识型人才的培养提供了现实性的理论启示。研究发现：情感认同和行为认同对交易型心理契约和关系型心理契约均存在着促进效应；交易型心理契约和关系型心理契约对分析型智力、创造型智力和实践型智力均存在着促进效应。%The knowledge-based talents are a special kind of community, and political identity has a driving role in the suc-cessful intelligence growth of knowledge-based talents. Based on the sample data of knowledge-based professionals in China and applying structural equation model, the paper reveals the intrinsic relations among political identity, psychological con-tract optimization and successful intelligence, and finds the promoting path of political identity for the psychological contract and success intelligence, which may provide realistic theoretical enlightenments to nurture knowledge-based talents. The re-sults show that:both emotional identity and behavior identity can promote the transactional psychological contract and relation-al psychological contract;while both transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract can promote ana-lytical intelligence,creative intelligence and practical intelligence.
