制造商与零售商同时提供延保服务的协调策略--基于产品服务供应链背景

             

摘要

Considering the product service supply chain that is comprised of manufacturers and retailers in which the manufac⁃turers provide base warranties and extended warranty service,retailers provide extended warranty service simultaneously, and the product demand is influenced by the service level. After comparatively analyzing the optimal service level of base war⁃ranties and extended warranty service of product service supply chain under decentralized and centralized decision model ,we incorporate a cost-sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain. The conclusions show that this coordination contract can im⁃prove the service level of base warranties and extended warranty service,increase the supply chain profit to that of centralized decision model,and furtherly coordinate the supply chain. Finally,the influence of correlation coefficient on the manufacturers and the retailers’profit is revealed by the numerical analyses.%针对制造商提供产品的质保服务和延保服务,零售商同时提供产品延保服务,制造商产品需求同时受质保服务和延保服务影响的问题,文章建立了制造商和零售商的利润模型,分析、比较了分散决策和集中决策下制造商的最优质保服务水平、延保服务水平及零售商的最优延保服务水平,提出一种使供应链实现协调的服务成本分担契约。研究表明,成本分担契约能够提高制造商的最优质保服务水平、延保服务水平及零售商的最优延保服务水平,并实现供应链协调。最后通过数值算例分析了服务水平系数及价格系数对供应链最优利润的影响。
