西域出土一份古藏文告身文献补考

摘要

By interpreting an ancient document of official appointment in Tibetan ( Number ITJ370) un-earthed in Xinjiang, this paper discusses the most important political system in the ancient Tibetan kingdom-The System of Official Appointments, and examines three problems: how to become rich by military merits;concurrent implementation of the official appointing system and award system of granting tiger skin to brave soldiers;and the corresponding relation between official posts and official documents of appointment. It further elucidates the relevance of this document for studying the above-mentioned systems.%根据新疆出土的编号为ITJ370的西域古藏文告身文献的最新解读，探讨了吐蕃王朝时期最重要的一项政治制度———告身制度，考察了“军功致富”、“告身制度与虎皮告身并行施行”、“官职与告身对应关系”三个问题，并指出该文献对研究吐蕃社会告身制度与虎皮告身制度的重要性。
