喀什山前高陡构造安全钻进钻井液技术

             

摘要

喀什北区块阿克莫木气田属山前高陡构造,钻井过程中事故频发.已完钻的4口邻井,在施工中遇到了因井漏和盐膏层蠕变引起的卡钻与套管变形等多起事故.针对该区块地层特点,研发了一套适合喀什山前高陡构造盐膏层安全钻井的欠饱和盐水钻井液体系.并针对喀什北区块浅层西域组和阿图什组的砾岩层和白垩系下统克孜勒苏群气层顶部的井漏问题,进行了薄弱地层防漏堵漏工艺研究,有效解决了钻井液严重漏失及盐膏层安全施工难题,所应用的阿克101井和阿克5井,各项钻井指标均居该区块之首.%Accidents occurred frequently in Akmomu gas field located in north block of Kashi, while drilling in the piedmonthigh ad steep structure, which are sticking and casing deformation caused by lost circulation and salt bed creeping in the fouroffset wells. Poly-glycol under-saturated salt water drilling fluid system is developed and technology of mud loss controlunder pressure is optimized to settle down the problems of heavy circulation lost and salt bed. The applications in wellsAke-101 and Ake-5 are very successful.
