全油基钻井液在委内瑞拉BARINAS区块的应用

摘要

委内瑞拉BARINAS地区中下部地层泥页岩发育,并夹有褐煤层,钻井过程中极易出现井壁失稳,常规水基钻井液难以满足该地层安全钻井的需要.针对该地层特点进行了全油基钻井液现场试验研究,研制了以SINOLAE为主乳化剂的全油基钻井液体系.评价实验结果表明,该体系抑制性强,岩屑回收率达96％,性能稳定,能抗10％岩屑及20％水的污染.该体系在BE J-13井得到了成功的应用,井壁稳定,井眼规则,润滑性能好,较好地满足了该区块钻井工程的施工要求.%Some difficulties, such as caving, were encountered at middle-lower formations with much clay and imbeddedcoal bed in BARINAS block, which the conventional water base drilling fluid can not be used here. The whole oil drillingfluid system was developed with the main emulsifier SINOLAE. The experimental results show that it has a great inhibitionwith the hot rolling test giving a 96% recovery rate, and it is still stable contaminated by 10% cuttings or 20% water. Theapplication at well BEJ-13 was successful.
