基于钻井液性能的卡钻预测

摘要

The sticking prediction is not precise at present, because no other performances of drilling fluid are taken into account except the density. However, the parameter RSI takes all the performances of drilling fluid, and it can predict the sticking exactly. The RSI parameters of the sticking wells in Dagang area are calculated and a RSI curves are obtained, which is matched well with the actual RSI curves of the no sticking wells.%目前的卡钻研究仅仅考虑了钻井液密度的影响,而没有考虑钻井液其他的性能,因此对预测卡钻有很大的误差.RSI参数全面地考虑了钻井液综合性能,能全面地判断卡钻的发生,为卡钻的控制提供了可靠的办法.计算了大港地区的已卡钻井随深度变化的RSI参数,得出了随井深变化的RSI卡钻曲线,同时与未卡钻井的RSI曲线进行比对,所得结果与实际吻合较好.
