深水水基钻井液的配方优选与性能评价

         

摘要

研制了深水低温钻井液基本性能测试模拟实验装置,并通过实验优选了分别适合于深水浅层和深部地层钻进的2套钻井液配方.室内实验结果表明,这2套钻井液配方均黏度较低、流变性合理、携岩能力强,在15MPa、4℃条件下能抑制水合物生成,即可用于1500 m深水区进行钻井作业;抑制页岩膨胀的效果均较好,对不同性质泥页岩水化分散均有较好的抑制效果,有利于井壁稳定;抗膨润土和劣质土污染的能力都比较强,在分别加入5%的膨润土或加入10%的劣质土后,钻井液流变性、滤失性均变化不大;均具有较好的环境可接受性.%In this paper, a new set of simulate experiment installation for testing deep-water drilling fluids fundamental performances is developed and two drilling fluid formulations are carried out that can be used at shallow and deep formation in deepwater drilling. The experimental results show that the two drilling fluids formulations both have relatively low viscosity, reasonable rheology and strong cuttings carrying capability and can prevent forming the hydrate in 4 X. And 15 Mpa, which is available for drilling operation in 1,500 m deep water. Also they can prevent caving and being good to borehole stability. Moreover, the contamination of 5% bentonite or 10% cuttings has little effect on the performances of rheology and filtration.
