The paper constructs quality evaluation indexes of interactive information services of digital library based on four dimensions which are service basis, service quality, service effectiveness and service costs. To determine the index weight the paper adopts the combination of subjective and objective methods. The paper implements the annual fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by selecting the actual service data from document delivery services of Wuhan University Library and proposes some reasonable analysis on the results.%本文从服务基础、服务质量、服务效果、服务成本四个维度构建数字图书馆信息交互服务综合评价指标体系,利用主观赋值和客观赋值相结合的方法确定各指标的权重。选取武汉大学文献传递服务的实际数据实施模糊年度综合评价,最后根据评价结果进行客观分析。
