政府网站化解网络舆情事件的能力研究

摘要

随着网络裔勺广泛普及和应用，网络舆情事件的频频出现，给政府管理能力和反应能力提出了新的挑战，而政府网站作为政府与社会交流互动的新型平台，在网络舆情事件中，应当发挥重要的沟通与引导作用。本文探讨了政府网站在解决网络舆情事件中的能力发挥现状和存在问题，并对进一步的完善提出建议。%Along with the network＇s popularization and application, network popular feelings events are often occur. They have put forward new challenges to government management capability and response ability. Because the government websites are a new platform for the interaction between government and society, it should play an important role in the cornnunication and guide in handling the network popular feelings event. This paper discusses the present situation and existence question of the government web sites solving ability to network popular feelings events, and then offers some suggestions for its further improvement.
