西北电网风电上网辅助服务补偿机制探索

摘要

量化地分析了风电对全网辅助服务需求的影响，探讨了建立风电辅助服务补偿机制的基本思路，阐述了该机制的运作优势，对完善现有“两个细则”的适用性、加强可操作性具有一定的参考价值。%This paper analyses quantitatively the influence of wind power on ancillary services, probes the establishment of a compensation mechanism for wind power ancillary services, explaines the advantages of the mechanics operation. It has reference value for improvement in the applicability and feasibility of the existing“two rules”.
