节能模式下的低电压治理方案比选研究

摘要

低电压治理措施中涉及的配电网节能改造项目有多种,研究如何对这些低电压治理措施进行优选,使其低电压治理效果和节电量工程都科学合理有重要意义.文中通过建立配电网低电压治理方案比选模型,采用收益成本比(B/C)评估法,得到适用于合同能源管理的、满足多指标管理要求和多种约束条件的配电网低电压治理改造项目包,使低电压治理效果及经济性达到最优组合.%Low voltage governance measures involve a variety of energy-saving projects in distribution network.It is needed to optimize these measures to ensure the efficiency of low voltage governance and electricity savings projects are reasonable.Low voltage governance reform project package in distribution network,which can meet the requirement of energy management contract,multi-target regulatory and multi-index constraints,by establishing a distribution network of low-voltage control scheme comparison model,using benefit-cost ratio(B / C)assessment method, making the efficiency and economy of low voltage governance achieve the optimum.
