一起电压互感器二次回路多点接地事故分析及检查方法的研究

摘要

The multi-point grounding of the TV secondary circuit is easy to seriously disrupt the line protection action.An instances of the line protection malfunction caused by two-point grounding with TV is analyzed.An experimental method of examining the TV secondary circuit grounding point in operation substation is proposed through this case,which can effectively eliminate the TV secondary circuit substation multi-point grounding risks and ensure the safe operation of power grid.%电压互感器（TV）二次回路多点接地易对继电保护的动作行为产生严重干扰。分析了一起TV两点接地导致线路保护误动事例，并提出一种检查运行变电站TV二次回路接地点的试验方法，可以有效消除变电站的TV二次回路多点接地隐患，确保电网的安全运行。
